Returns
- Eligibility: You can return an item within 30 days of receipt if it is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the items back to us.
- Exceptions: Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective.
Refunds
- Processing: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

Exchanges

Shipping
